Hospice Cornwall is a home to clients when their own home is no longer possible or practical, making the last days of a person’s life together with their family peaceful, comfortable and meaningful. This 10 bed facility provides end of life care in a home-like setting to the residents of the City of Cornwall, Stormont, Dundas, and Glengarry, as well as Prescott and Russell Counties.
